2010 Area 5 NC Scholarship Information

Area 5 North Carolina is proud to sponsor two (2) $500 scholarships which will b awarded to two (2) athletes from North Carolina.
The scholarships will be awarded at the Area 5 District Qualifier in June.
Complete applications must be received by May 1, 2010.

Athlete Criteria:

Must be a graduating senior
These scholarships must be used for college expenses
Must be an AAU member and must have participated in North Carolina AAU Track and Field for a minimum of 3 years

Each Nominee Must:

Submit an application
Submit a copy of their acceptance letter or similar document
Submit a short resume and bio
A statement as to why you wish toattend college (typewritten)
All required information must be turned in to the athlete's coach

Each Coach must:

Submit a statement for your reason for nominating the student-athlete
Submit pages 2 & 3 of the attached application and all supporting materials listed above my May 1, 2010
